    We are looking for a SEC and Technical Accounting Manager / Senior Manager  to join our team. 



    You will:

    • Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings on Form 10-Q/K; Compile and draft financials, footnote disclosures and MD&A in Workiva; Prepare supporting tie-out packages; Manage internal and external review for these documents
    • Prepare quarterly earnings release; Assist in preparation of earnings Q&A
    • Assist in technical accounting research; Monitor development in accounting and financial reporting, provide US GAAP interpretation and prepare technical memorandums that document issues in a clear, logical and comprehensive manner
    • Partner with business groups to develop or update finance policy manual
    • Assist in quarterly stock-based compensation accounting and financial reporting
    • Ensure SOX compliance around financial reporting and equity accounting; Maintain and update control documentations
    • Assist in implementing new accounting standards and practices, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
    • Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors
    • Assist in various ad hoc projects, such as, equity system implementation, proxy statements preparation and process improvement
    • Assist in reviewing revenue contracts and revenue recognition


    You have:


    • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and CPA
    • 6+ year experience (including Big 4 experience is a plus )
    • Proven knowledge of US GAAP
    • SEC reporting experience
    • Technical accounting research experience
    • Adaptive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Must be able to work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced and evolving environment
    • Self-motivated, “Roll-up the sleeves” approach in order to accomplish all necessary tasks
    • Ability and desire to build and cultivate strong relationships with team members and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to adhere to critical deadlines and take ownership
    • Detail oriented; strong organizational and project management skills
    • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to strategize solutions and solve problems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong MS Office skills required, including proficiency in Excel
    • Workiva experience is a plus
