The successful candidate will work closely with all functional groups to ensure we meet and exceed our technical, marketing, commercial and financial expectations and maintain our position as the world leader in high parameter cytometry. Specifically, the successful candidate will work hand-in-glove with marketing, R&D, PMO and Imaging Mass Cytometry Leader to ensure the franchise meets its tactical and strategic objectives. Lastly, the successful candidate will have significant reagents portfolio management experience and 10-15 years of successful deployment of ground-breaking technologies.     Description: - Be accountable for portfolio performance and profitability, strategic pricing and roadmap - Manage the multidisciplinary talented team of product managers and product specialists. Come join a winning team!    You will: - Develop an extensive and advanced understanding of the imaging mass cytometry platform. - Work within cross-functional teams to develop and test new and existing products. - Design and conduct laboratory experiments using the imaging mass cytometry platform for product development. - Generate imaging mass cytometry data and analysis that may be used for marketing and/or training purposes. - Lead or contribute to the creation of technical and/or application materials (user manuals, application notes, white papers, technical notes, and presentations). - Maintain records to ensure a laboratory environment that complies with regulatory requirements (eg. ISO 13485), good laboratory practices, and standard operating procedures. - Work cross functionally to create and maintain records and work instructions for the transfer of products into manufacturing. - Perform data analysis, prepare technical plans and reports and present at technical reviews, in accordance with design control principles. You have: - An advanced degree in life sciences. - Hands on experience and expertise in pathology, microscopy, immunoassay and tissue staining techniques is required. Flow, suspension mass cytometry and/or imaging mass cytometry experience is an asset. - Experience in image segmentation and single cell analysis. Expertise in this area and/or bioinformatics is desirable. - Skilled in troubleshooting tissue staining and applications related to microscopy. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical reports, technical procedures, validation protocols and reports, operating instructions, and scientific publications. - Familiarity with Design Control, ISO13485 and/or regulatory environment is an asset. - Excellent organizational and communication skills to enable multi-tasking. - Strong technical writing ability. - Attention to detail is essential. - Independent thinker with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills. - Collaborative attitude within and outside own discipline. - The ability to travel at least 10% of the time. - Ability to relocate to the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada.
